2. Are all items pre-ordered?

Yes! All our items are pre-ordered and made-to-order to maintain quality and reduce waste. Please allow time for production before shipping.

3. How long does production take?

Since each item is made with care, production typically takes 7-14 before shipping. High order volumes may extend this timeline.

4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
  • Provincial Areas: 3-5 business days

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns or cancellations since all items are made-to-order. However, we do allow exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days if you receive the wrong or damaged product.
