2. Pre-Orders & Production

  • All items are pre-ordered and carefully made to ensure quality.
  • Production and fulfillment times may vary, and estimated shipping dates will be provided at checkout.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a made-to-order item that requires time to be crafted before shipping.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • Prices are listed in PHP and may change without prior notice.
  • We accept payments through Paypal, Gcash, Paymaya, Bank Transfer. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Since all items are pre-ordered, please allow additional time for production before shipping.
  • Estimated delivery times will be provided, but delays may occur due to production schedules, high order volumes, or courier issues.
  • LIFTMNL is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Limitation of Liability

LIFTMNL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
