At LIFTMNL, all our items are pre-ordered and carefully made to ensure quality. Please review our shipping timelines before placing an order.

Processing & Production Time

  • Since all items are made-to-order, please allow  7-14 for production before shipping.
  • Production times may vary depending on order volume.

Shipping Time & Rates

  • Once your order is ready, shipping time depends on your location:
    • Metro Manila: 1-2 business days
    • Provincial Areas: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays & Lost Packages

  • LIFTMNL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the courier first before reaching out to us.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for the following reasons:
✅ Wrong item received
✅ Defective or damaged items

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the defective/wrong item.
  3. If approved, you must return the item in its original, unused condition.

Return shipping fees:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
