- Since all items are made-to-order, please allow 7-14 for production before shipping.
- Production times may vary depending on order volume.
Shipping Time & Rates
- Once your order is ready, shipping time depends on your location:
- Metro Manila: 1-2 business days
- Provincial Areas: 3-5 business days
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Information
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delays & Lost Packages
- LIFTMNL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the courier first before reaching out to us.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for the following reasons:
✅ Wrong item received
✅ Defective or damaged items
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and photos of the defective/wrong item.
- If approved, you must return the item in its original, unused condition.
Return shipping fees:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
