Shipping Policy

At LIFTMNL, Division 24 includes both on-hand and pre-order pieces. Please review the shipping timelines below before placing your order.

📦 On-Hand Items

On-hand items are already available and will be prepared for shipment after your order is placed.

• On-hand orders are scheduled to be shipped out by August 23.
• Some orders may be shipped earlier depending on processing time.
• Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery times will depend on your location.

⏳ Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are produced after the Division 24 drop ends on August 31.

• Production will begin after the pre-order period closes.
• Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
• Shipping will begin once production is completed.
• Orders containing both on-hand and pre-order items may be shipped according to the availability of the items in the order.

🚚 Shipping Time & Rates

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Manila: 1–2 business days
• Provincial Areas: 3–5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for our free standard shipping offer.

🚚 Free Shipping

Division 24 orders containing 2 or more Division 24 jerseys qualify for free standard shipping.

This offer applies to standard shipping only. Additional fees may apply for upgraded or special delivery services.

📍 Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided through the contact information associated with your order.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed to the courier.

⚠️ Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

LIFTMNL is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, natural events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact the courier first. You may also contact us so we can assist with the necessary information regarding your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

At LIFTMNL, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange an item, so we may accommodate returns and exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be accommodated if:

• The item is still available in the requested size/color.
• The item has not already been purchased, reserved, or assigned to another customer.
• The item is in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
• The item has not been washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used.
• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please note that an exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement size or color is no longer available, we may not be able to accommodate the exchange.

❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for items that:

• Have been worn or washed
• Have been damaged after delivery
• Have been altered in any way
• Are missing their original tags or packaging
• Are returned outside the 7-day return/exchange period

📋 How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for your request.
3. Send clear photos of the item if requested.
4. Wait for confirmation from the LIFTMNL team before sending the item back.
5. If approved, return the item in its original, unused condition.

Please do not ship an item back to us before your return or exchange request has been approved.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size or preference-based exchanges.

If the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged, LIFTMNL will cover the necessary return shipping costs after the issue has been verified and approved.

⚠️ Important Note on Pre-Orders

Because pre-order items are produced specifically based on orders received during the collection period, pre-order exchanges are subject to available stock and replacement availability.

If a replacement size or color is unavailable, we may be unable to accommodate the exchange.
